Delicious Food & Friends in San Cris

Having breakfast in San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas with some brothers from the group in Tuxtla and others from Guanajuato. Not sure what the name of this restaurant was but it’s as delicious as it looks.

Now this is a loaded baked potato

This is what’s called a “Papa Preparada” here in Mexico. This one in particular courtesy of El Toto in Villahermosa, Tabasco. It’s home made mashed potatoes, as in not from a box of flakes, with two types of cheese, sirloin steak and al pastor meat (My latinos will know what that is).
